The seventh Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 23 March 2023, in an online modality, using the Microsoft Teams platform. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting in an online modality. During the meeting, partners evaluated of the opportunity to start an amendment procedure to include CONECTIVA BRAIN HEALTH, SLU as a third party associated with BRAINVESTIGASTIONS, SL in the EMBRACE project. During the meeting, partners reviewed any other Business aspects. Afetr discussion, th SB decided to not proceed with an amendment procedure to include CONECTIVA BRAIN HEALTH, SLU as a third party associated with BRAINVESTIGASTIONS, SL.

9 June 2023

The Mid Term Review Meeting was initially planned for April 2023 (M27) but it was postponed to 9 June 2023 (M29). The meeting was organized in hybrid mode, with representatives of all EMBRACE partners participating on site, and all the other staff members involved in the project connected online. The meeting was held at the members of the BIND Center of the University Gabriele d’Annunzio of Chieti-Pescara, where the EMBRACE project was implemented. The meeting started with a short self-presentation to the Project Officer (PO) of the EMBRACE Project Beneficiaries. The Coordinator followed with the report on the project implementation and advancement. Then, a demo with the prototype EMBRACE system has been made on site. Hence, after Lunch Break and a visit to the university campus, the meeting between seconded staff and REA Representative took place. The Mid Term Review Meeting ended with an open discussion between all the staff members and the PO.

23 March 2023

The sixth Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 23 March 2023, in an online modality, using the Microsoft Teams platform. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting in an online modality. During the meeting, partners reviewed the progress on the WPs and the implementation of each Scientific Tasks during Phase 1; discussed the implementation of Deliverables, Milestones, and Secondments. Any other Business aspects were also discussed.

29 June 2022

The fifth Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 28 June 2022, in a hybrid modality: researchers attending the 1st Summer School gathered at the Medicine Faculty of UCM (where the event was taking place), and those unable to attend in person connect via the Microsoft Teams platform. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting in any of those modalities. During the meeting, partners reviewed the implementation of the secondment plan, discussing potential delays, changes and corrective measures for the secondments in the remaining months of 2022. Next deliverables and milestones, and progress on the different WP were also discussed.

8 February 2022

The third Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 8 February 2022, in an online modality, using the Microsoft Teams platform, due to the problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the partners reviewed the working plan for resuming the project (after the suspension period granted by the European Commission due to the difficulties of completing the planned secondments during COVID-19 travel restrictions in all participating countries), and discussed any potential changes or updates to each partner’s team and secondment plan. Partners also discussed about the organization of the 1st EMBRACE Summer School.

4 June 2021

The third Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 8 February 2022, in an online modality, using the Microsoft Teams platform, due to the problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the partners evaluated of the possibility offered by the PO to opt for a simple prolongation of the project starting in September 2021. During this Supervisory Board Meeting were accepted the PO offer of a simple prolongation of the project.

15 April 2021

The second Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 15 April 2021, in online modality on the Microsoft Teams platform due to the problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the partners discussed the possibility to suspend the project given the pandemic situation in the partners’ countries and the related restrictions and lack of clear and steady rules for living and traveling.

The First Supervisory Board Meeting of the EMBRACE Project was held on 19 March 2021, in online modality on the Microsoft Teams platform due to the problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The scientists in charge of all partners participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the partners discussed the problems related to the implementation of the project, particularly secondments, given the pandemic and its effects.
